Armed ATS commandos arrived unexpectedly following reports of terrorists allegedly hiding within the temple premises. In a swift action, the commandos neutralized two dummy terrorists inside the temple committee office. The sudden operation left onlookers and devotees at the temple in shock as they witnessed the intense drill.
Reports of Terrorists Hiding in the Temple
Every year, lakhs of devotees visit the Khatu Shyamji temple in Rajasthan to seek blessings from Baba Shyam. To ensure the safety of visitors and prepare for emergency situations, the ATS conducted a mock drill at the temple on September 3. As part of the drill, ATS received a simulated report that terrorists were hiding in the temple and had taken members of the temple committee hostage.

In response, the ATS team arrived at the temple fully equipped and with a well-coordinated plan. The team successfully neutralized two dummy terrorists in the temple committee office and recovered two rifles and documents as part of the exercise. The sudden action during the mock drill left many devotees, who had come to pay their respects to Baba Shyam, shocked and surprised.
